Philadelphia Futures provides low-income, first-generation-to-college students with the tools, resources and opportunities necessary to make the journey to and through college. We transform lives by breaking down the barriers that have historically excluded the students we serve from college success. And we are doing so at a time when the need for our services has never been greater.

Please join us in providing hope, incentive and opportunity. Through your support, you can make a direct and profound difference in the life of a student, the trajectory of a family and the future of Philadelphia.

Your financial support makes our success and the success of our students possible. There are many ways that your investment can have an impact.

  • Support Our Programming: Your contribution will allow us to offer the range and depth of services and resources that low-income, first-generation-to-college students need to enter and succeed in college. Our expanded array of services includes our comprehensive Sponsor-A-Scholar and College Connection Programs and our new Outreach Futures initiative.
  • Sponsor a Student: Your commitment will support the college aspirations of a Sponsor-A-Scholar student. Every Sponsor-A-Scholar student is matched with a donor who contributes $7,500 towards the student's education. Of those funds, $6,000 is disbursed directly to the student once in college, providing critical financial support for college-related expenses. Sponsorships can be funded with a one-time payment or paid in installments.
  • Fund White-Williams Scholars Incentive Awards: Your gift will help us continue the tradition of providing financial resources directly to high-achieving, low-income high school students. Recognizing the power of combining financial assistance with academic and personal support, high school students participating in Philadelphia Futures' Sponsor-A-Scholar and College Connection Programs are eligible to receive White-Williams Scholars Incentive Awards in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement.
