From living in close quarters to late night pizza deliveries to odd sleeping schedules, staying healthy can be a challenge on a college campus. During the 2009-2010 academic year, the H1N1 virus spread more quickly among college students than nearly anywhere else. Being healthy means you will be more likely to attend every class session and be alert while studying.
